Cross border Protection of Intellectual Property: Challenges and Solutions
Abstract
rights has become a core issue in maintaining international trade order and stimulating innovation vitality. However, due to the territorial dif
ferences in the legal systems of various countries, the imperfect international judicial cooperation mechanisms, and the impact of digital tech
nology on traditional regulatory models, current cross-border protection practices still face practical difficulties such as jurisdictional conflicts,
difficulty in obtaining evidence, and inconsistent application of laws. This article analyzes the core pain points in cross-border protection,
aiming to explore the solution path of collaborative supervision, improving international legal connection, and using technological means to
optimize protection mechanisms, in order to provide reference for building a more fair and efficient international intellectual property protec
tion system.
