Research on the Shared Reservation System for Large-scale Teaching Equipment in Colleges and Universities
Abstract
explores the construction logic and practical path of a shared reservation system in response to the structural contradiction of repetitive pur
chase and idle waste of large-scale teaching equipment in universities. It argues the necessity of this system in addressing resource scarcity,
adapting to the cultivation of new engineering talents, promoting modern governance, and responding to national policies. Based on the
theory of club goods and new institutional economics, it elaborates on the four-dimensional framework of "time-space - access - cost - risk"
and the operational mechanism of supply-demand matching and incentive compatibility. It also analyzes the implementation difficulties posed
by departmental protectionism, imbalance between cost and benefit, fragmented governance, and technological barriers. Finally, it proposes
countermeasures such as establishing a "university - college - team" governance structure, designing a benefit feedback mechanism, building
an intelligent reservation platform, and fostering a culture of sharing.
