Research on Structural Optimization Design of Color Steel Roof Photovoltaic Integrated System
Abstract
ness of connection structures, poor fixture adaptability, weak anti-corrosion and waterproof systems, and lack of roof adaptation design are
encountered, especially on special profiled roofs such as trapezoidal ones. To address these issues, the connection structure is optimized by
introducing non-destructive stud welding technology, a special fitting fixture is designed to improve installation stability, a dual anti-corrosion
and waterproof system with synergistic effect of structural adhesive and waterproof topcoat is constructed, and differentiated structural layout
is implemented combined with the characteristics of roof profiles. These measures effectively improve the safety, durability and construction
adaptability of the system. The research results provide technical support for the efficient and reliable application of color steel roof photo
voltaic systems under complex roof conditions.
