Construction of an Array Sensing Platform for Pomelo Peel under Different Processing Methods

Abstract


Objective: Develop array platform identifying pomelo peel varieties and evaluating quality based on processing methods. Meth
ods: HPLC quantified active components; chromatographic data served as features. HCA and LDA processed data. Results: HPLC data from
various samples enabled 100% accurate classification of all varieties and concentrations using HCA/LDA. Conclusion: Feasible array plat
form based on component content differences offers rapid, accurate approach for variety identification and quality monitoring.
