Research on the Innovation of College Physical Education Teaching Methodologies in the Context of "Internet+"
Abstract
found structural and methodological evolution. This paper systematically examines the emergent instructional modalities, persistent imple
mentation challenges, and viable pathways for pedagogical innovation in university PE under this digital paradigm. Drawing on three repre
sentative approachescloud-enabled interactive collaborative instruction, digitally enriched resource-integrated teaching, and blended flipped
learningthe study identifies key operational constraints encountered in practice, including technological readiness gaps, pedagogical align
ment issues, and assessment standardization difficulties. Subsequently, it proposes two evidence-informed innovation strategies: (1) learner
centered instructional design, grounded in granular analysis of individual physiological profiles and learning preferences; and (2) a scalable,
interoperable digital resource integration framework anchored in institutional learning management systems. Collectively, these insights aim
to inform evidence-based reform initiatives and advance the quality, inclusivity, and sustainability of university PE instruction.
