How Internal Control Digitalization Improves the Quality of Business Administration
Abstract
of business administration, as it is a large gap in the literature because such studies concentrate on the traditional risk mitigation outcomes of
their methods of addressing risks as opposed to the wider upgrades in administration. The paper is structured around the development of a
framework of three related mechanisms in which digitalized controls transform administrative practice due to a systematic literature review
and theoretical analysis relying on evidence provided by the enterprise. To business practitioners, the framework provides practical advice on
how to build digitalization projects that will achieve the greatest quality improvement of the administration and meet the control objectives in
a more sophisticated business environment.
