Analysis on the Cultivation of College Students' Physical Literacy by Multimodal Teaching of College Cheerleading

Abstract


This study investigates the application value and implementation pathways of multimodal cheerleading instruction in cultivating
college students 'physical literacy. Through multimodal teaching practice, the research demonstrates that this approach effectively enhances
students' movement standardization, improves physical coordination, and strengthens comprehensive physical fitness, yielding superior out
comes compared to traditional teaching methods. The findings confirm that multimodal cheerleading instruction aligns with the developmental
needs of college students' physical literacy, addresses the limitations of conventional teaching, and provides practical references for reforming
physical education in higher education institutions.
