Risks and Prevention of Generative Artificial Intelligence Empowering the Construction of Digital Government
Abstract
traditional artificial intelligence technologies, bringing new development opportunities for the construction of digital government. However, a
series of risks arise at the technical, governance and application levels in the process of generative artificial intelligence empowering the construction of digital government. It is imperative to adopt governance measures from multiple dimensions including technological optimization,
institutional construction and public participation to advance the in-depth integration of generative artificial intelligence with the construction
of digital government.
