Abstract
and 9610 direct mail retail import have become the mainstream customs supervision modes. Taking Shanghai Free Trade Zone as the
research area, this paper systematically analyzes the core characteristics, complementary mechanism and synergistic foundation of the
two models, sorts out the development status and challenges, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the enterprise and
government levels.
