Abstract


Stamping process optimization is pivotal to enhancing material forming quality. This study investigates stamping techniques in material forming and control engineering, conducting an in-depth analysis of current technological status and key technologies such as precision
mold regulation. The research proposes an optimization pathway encompassing superior base material selection, mold refinement, precise parameter control, and intelligent monitoring. The objective is to overcome traditional process limitations, improve the accuracy and production
stability of stamped components, and provide technical support for industry-wide quality enhancement and efficiency improvement.
