Research on the Financial Integration and Synergy Effects of JD Logistics' Merger and Acquisition Case
Abstract
through mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring has become an important means to enhance competitiveness. This paper takes
JD and Deppon mergers and acquisitions as an entry point to explore how logistics companies can gain additional benefits through financial
synergy in mergers and acquisitions and analyze their impact on industry scale. The study suggests that JD's acquisition of Deppon can effectively control financial risks, improve liquidity and financial asset-liability ratios, and enhance market competitiveness through management
and experience synergies.
