The Design and Implementation of a Cultural Education Curriculum System Integrating the Concept of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract

Curriculum-based ideological education is a core measure for cultivating virtue in universities in the new era. Cultivating through
culture is an important path for inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture and fostering cultural confidence. The deep integration of the
two is the key leverage for implementing the "all-round education" framework. This article, in combination with the talent cultivation goals of
universities, clarifies the core connotation and design principles of the cultural education curriculum system that integrates curriculum-based
ideological education, and constructs a scientific and complete curriculum system from three dimensions: curriculum module construction,
teaching content optimization, and implementation path innovation. It also proposes targeted safeguard measures to provide practical references for universities to achieve coordinated education of value guidance and cultural inheritance, and help cultivate new-era young people
with professional competence, cultural background, and a sense of patriotism.
