essential requirement for survival and growth. Grounded in the business landscape of 2026, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of how
digital transformation reshapes corporate business models and explores its underlying mechanisms for enhancing organizational performance.
The study reveals that digital transformation fosters new business models—such as platform-based, ecosystem-driven, and service-oriented
models—by redefining value propositions, optimizing resource allocation, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Simultaneously, it significantly improves operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation capabilities, thereby generating positive feedback effects on
