digital transformation reshapes corporate business models and explores its underlying mechanisms for enhancing organizational performance.
The study reveals that digital transformation fosters new business modelssuch as platform-based, ecosystem-driven, and service-oriented
modelsby redefining value propositions, optimizing resource allocation, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Simultaneously, it significantly improves operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation capabilities, thereby generating positive feedback effects on
financial performance and market competitiveness. However, the transformation process also presents challenges in technological integration
and organizational culture conflicts. Through theoretical frameworks and case studies, this paper offers strategic pathways and practical guidelines for enterprises to overcome growth bottlenecks and achieve high-quality development in the era of digital intelligence.
