A Study on Strategies to Enhance the Well-being of Librarians
Abstract
compensation, career recognition, and more, the professional well-being among librarians is generally low, affecting their work enthusiasm
and organizational sense of belonging. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the main factors influencing librarians' professional wellbeing and proposes specific strategies for improvement. The study concludes that only by establishing people-centered management mechanisms and career support systems can librarians'professional enthusiasm be truly stimulated, thereby driving the high-quality development of
the library profession.
