Research on the Impact of Cross border Financial Cooperation on the Development of International Relations
Abstract
studies its impact on international relations, sorts out its theoretical connotations and characteristics of the times, analyzes multidimensional
positive effects, explores challenges such as geopolitical games, institutional barriers, and risk transmission, and proposes an optimization
path centered on inclusive architecture, regulatory coordination, and joint monitoring. Research has shown that cross-border financial cooperation deepens economic interdependence between countries and plays a bridging role in building political mutual trust and global governance
reform, but its effectiveness is constrained by the dual constraints of great power competition and institutional friction.
