Abstract


The recent surge in Random Access Memory (RAM) prices, driven by the enormous and growing demand from AI data centers in
leading tech countries, has become a prominent trending topic in the global tech sector recently. This unexpected price hike has directly affected the costs of almost all modern computing devices, ranging from portable smartwatches to high-performance gaming PCs and even enterprise workstations. This paper will focus on the multifaceted impacts of the ongoing RAM crisis on tech consumers and related industries,
as well as provide reasonable future predictions regarding RAM price trends, subtle shifts in other relevant markets, and potential alternative
technologies that may gradually replace traditional RAM in the long run.
