Abstract


The quality of material forming directly determines product safety and durability, with defect detection and quality control serving
as critical safeguards. This study focuses on defect detection and quality control in material forming and control engineering, conducting an
in-depth analysis of the manifestations and causes of three types of defects: surface geometry, internal structure, and dimensional accuracy.
It proposes a quality control method featuring multi-modal fusion detection technology, parameter optimization, real-time monitoring, and
full-chain traceability. The aim is to enhance the precision of defect detection and the effectiveness of quality management, thereby providing
technical support for the high-quality development of manufacturing industries.
