Determination Melamine in Nutritional Protein Powder by GC-MS
Abstract
capillary column was used for sample separated. The pH 2 solution combined Acetonitrile and Water(70:30)as the extracting solution. Cation
exchange SPE Column was confirmed to retain and purify Melamine. And inject after Derivatization. Result: The standard curve was in good
linearity in the range of 14.0630ng/mL to 562.5186ng/mL, R2
=0.998 for Melamine substances; The average recovery rate was 100.8%; And
RSD of the Precision is 5%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, which can be applied to the determination melamine contained in
Nutritional protein Shake, and provided a monitor way for product quality safety.
