Research on the Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of University Photography in Serving Campus Cultural Construction in the Era of Multimedia Integration
Abstract
In the era of multimedia integration, university photography has transformed from a simple recording tool to an important force for
campus cultural construction. Based on the actual work of university multimedia integration centers, this paper explores how photography can
go beyond the simple recording level and deeply participate in the construction of campus culture. The research finds that university photography has unique functions in documentary archiving, aesthetic education, cultural cohesion, image construction, and news publicity, but currently there are problems such as slightly superficial expression of content, inadequate technical collaboration, and insufficient cross-border
cultivation. To address these challenges, we should improve from focusing on details to deeply explore cultural connotations, multi-role collaboration to ensure shooting quality, expanding horizons to integrate technology and art, and adapting to platforms to form a communication
loop, so that photography truly serves campus cultural construction.
