Research on the Innovation of Community Self-service Sharing Service Model in the Digital Context
Abstract
toward diversification, personalization and convenience. Restricted by single service content, low operational efficiency and unreasonable
resource allocation, traditional community service modes cannot match growing resident needs. As an emerging service format combining
digital technology and sharing economy, community self-service sharing becomes a core path to optimize community service supply and
advance community governance modernization. Centered on digital-era community self-service sharing model innovation, this paper defines
model connotation and relevant theoretical foundations, sorts out current industry development status and prominent practical defects, and
puts forward targeted innovative development routes from service content upgrade, digital technical construction, operational mechanism improvement and multi-agent collaborative governance, alongside matching optimizing suggestions. The research provides theoretical reference
and practical implementation guidance for the sustainable development of digital community shared self-service, supporting the construction
of intelligent, convenient and livable urban communities.
