Data-Driven Operational Intelligence and Decision Support Systems in Modern Business Operations
Abstract

complex market game, the ultimate demand for cost control and the agile iteration of business model, the traditional operation model has
been unable to provide effective support, and it is urgent to transform to the direction of refinement and digitalization. With the acceleration
of the industrialization of data elements, the operation mechanism, management and control structure and decision-making system of modern
enterprises are undergoing profound reconstruction, which drives the paradigm of business governance to achieve a fundamental transition
from experience dependence to data intelligence. In this context, the research process systematically explores the application of data analysis
in modern enterprise operation, the construction logic of decision-making support system, artificial intelligence driven operation optimization
mechanism, KPI monitoring and predictive analysis, the path to improve enterprise operation efficiency and the author's original operation
intelligence framework, so as to provide a theoretical reference for modern enterprises to build an intelligent decision-making system, realize
lean operation and long-term development.
