Abstract

Under the background of globalization, the construction of free trade port has brought great development opportunities for the tourism and trade industry. With the gradual promotion of the construction of Hainan Free trade port in China, the demand for tourism and trade
professionals is becoming more and more urgent, and the innovation of talent training mode has become an urgent problem to be solved.
Starting from the background of free trade port, this paper discusses the present situation of tourism trade professional training, analyzes the
problems existing in the current training mode, and puts forward the market demand as the guidance, diversified teaching system construction,
university-enterprise cooperation mode and the innovation of international talent training path, under the background of free trade port tourism trade professional training to provide theoretical reference.
