Abstract


In the context of the continuous development of society and the in-depth promotion of the new liberal arts construction, the cultivation of compound talents in the field of public administration has become an important issue. This article analyzes the current situation and
problems of the cultivation of compound talents in the field of public administration, and proposes corresponding path innovation strategies,
aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality of talent cultivation in this field.
