Abstract


With the rapid development of intelligent robots, the market size of household robotic vacuum cleaners is continually expanding.
The robotic vacuum cleaner industry offers a diverse range of robotic products. As peoples living standards improve, the market demand for
robotic products also rises, prompting robotic vacuum cleaners to gradually enter consumers homes. However, as competition in the robotic
vacuum cleaner industry intensifies and product update speeds accelerate, Ecovacs, despite being a leading enterprise in robotic vacuum
cleaners, still faces a fiercely competitive market environment. This paper delves into Ecovacs development in the robotic vacuum cleaner
industry, analyzing Ecovacs strategic development from internal and external environmental resources and capabilities, the Boston Matrix,
macro environment, and industrial environment. It also proposes development countermeasures for Ecovacs based on the current market environment, aiming to facilitate its stable development and secure a favorable position in the fiercely competitive robotic vacuum cleaner industry.
