Abstract


Under Chinas digital economy, the rapid advancement of digital technologies has become a vital engine for high-quality countylevel development. This paper synthesizes recent research on digital technologys economic impacts across three dimensionshistorical
evolution, current state, and key influencing factorsand demonstrates how digital tools enhance county competitiveness and resilience by
boosting efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and enabling industrial upgrading. Building on this analysis, we outline strategic pathways
for leveraging digital innovation to tackle practical challenges and foster sustainable, high-quality county growth.
