Research on Cost Control and Management of Huayuan Real Estate Company

Abstract

At present, the main deficiency of China’s real estate industry is that domestic scholars for a real estate enterprise’s cost of the whole
process of management of the case study is less. Secondly, compared with other industries, the real estate industry has the industry characteristics of long cycle, high amount and complex influencing factors, which make the cost management work of real estate enterprises naturally
complex. Therefore, in-depth research is needed. Various references at home and abroad have introduced cost management research results as
well as countermeasure suggestions into the real estate industry, and have also provided research directions for the industry in cost management and control.
