Abstract

Under the context of social responsibility and sustainable development, the leakage of ESG information has become an important
aspect of corporate development. Based on this, this article will analyze the overview of ESG information disclosure, understand the impact of
ESG information disclosure on financial performance, explore ESG information disclosure management strategies, provide support for enterprises to build a scientific and reasonable ESG management system, and achieve a win-win situation between finance and social responsibility.
