Digital HR Transformation in Live commerce: A Literature Review and Dual-Theory Integration

Zhiyue Fan

Abstract

Under the background of the digital economy, live-streaming e-commerce, as the core of new business forms, is facing an urgent
need for digital transformation in human resource management. Based on the Person-Job Fit Theory and Human Capital Theory, this paper
sorts out the current research status at home and abroad, and systematically examines the phenomenon of type differentiation of live-streaming
e-commerce hosts in the context of the digital economy and its impact mechanism on human resource management. This research provides a
new perspective for improving the theoretical framework of human resource management in the field of live-streaming e-commerce and offers
a reference basis for platform enterprises to formulate classification management strategies for live-streamers.
