Constraints on the High-Quality Development of Rural E-Commerce in China: An Empirical Analysis Based on AHP

Abstract


Under the strategy of building a strong agricultural nation, this study, based on questionnaire surveys and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, identifies the main constraints on the high-quality development of rural e-commerce as lagging infrastructure, shortage
of talent, insufficient standardization and branding, and imprecise policy support. Key pathways are proposed, including strengthening talent
cultivation, advancing standardization, and optimizing policies and market environment, to provide references for rural revitalization.
