of organizational structures, management concepts, and operational models. Starting from the characteristics of comprehensive enterprise
groups, this paper explores the paths of organizational transformation and practices of management innovation in their promotion of digital
transformation. The study finds that enterprises need to break away from traditional hierarchical structures, build flexible and efficient organizational systems, and achieve intelligent decision-making, process automation, and business platformization through technological empowerment, thereby enhancing comprehensive competitiveness. This paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprise groups
to achieve sustainable digital transformation.
