A Study of Production Scheduling Management Issues and Countermeasures in the Renewable Energy Enterprises

Xiaolin Gong

Abstract

As one of the core aspects of enterprise operations, production scheduling management is particularly crucial in the new energy industry. Taking D Company as an example, this paper analyzes the specific problems existing in the production scheduling management of new
energy enterprises from four aspects: low level of informatization leading to inaccurate demand forecasting, disconnection between actual execution and production planning, and poor cross-department communication of production management information. On this basis, the paper
proposes countermeasures including promoting digital transformation, improving forecasting accuracy, optimizing the production planning
system, enhancing cross-departmental information communication and coordination.
