Construction of the performance evaluation index System for Public Overseas Warehouse Enterprises Based on BSC-SCOR

Haitao Wu, Xiaogang Li

Abstract

The market demand for public overseas warehouses continues to grow, and the competition among public overseas warehouse
enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. As a core component of enterprise management, performance evaluation plays a crucial role in
the efficient operation of enterprises. Based on the characteristics of public overseas warehouse enterprises, this paper adopts an evaluation
method combining the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and the Supply Chain Operations Reference - model (SCOR). It innovatively transforms the
SCOR model from a "production - oriented" to a "service - oriented" structure and applies it to the performance evaluation of public overseas
warehouse enterprises. A performance evaluation index system is constructed, providing a feasible methodological system for public overseas
warehouse enterprises to conduct performance evaluation.
