On the Importance of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Business Administration

Zhenggui Chen

Abstract

In the current era of intertwined globalization and digitalization, technological innovation has become the core driving force in
corporate management. This paper systematically explores the pivotal role of technological innovation in corporate strategic management,
operational efficiency, market competitiveness, and sustainable development from both theoretical and practical perspectives. By integrating Schumpeters innovation theory, dynamic capability theory, and recent industry case studies, it reveals how technological innovation
restructures corporate resource allocation logic and drives organizational transformation and value creation. The research findings demonstrate that technological innovation not only enhances core competitiveness but also achieves disruptive innovation in management models
through digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and ecosystem synergy. Moving forward, enterprises need to establish a dualdriven system of "technology + management" with policy support and technological empowerment to adapt to rapidly changing market
environments.
