An Exploration of Digital Technologies Empowering the Digital Transformation of Corporate Finance

Mengjie Jiang

Abstract

In todays increasingly competitive market, traditional financial operations struggle to meet enterprises needs to enhance their core
competitiveness. This has made the adoption of digital technologies by corporate finance departments particularly crucial. Therefore, this
paper, set against the digital landscape, explores how digital technologies empower the digital transformation of corporate finance. It aims to
address the challenges in efficiency, collaboration, risk control, and value creation inherent in traditional financial accounting. The paper argues that amid the wave of digitalization and intelligent transformation, financial transformation has become a key initiative for enterprises to
achieve high-quality development. By analyzing the significance of digital technologies and the current bottlenecks in traditional finance, this
paper systematically outlines four pathways for digital technology-driven transformation: enhancing financial operational efficiency, promoting business-finance integration, strengthening risk control, and elevating corporate value. Ultimately, it demonstrates that financial digital
transformation can reshape the finance function from a "post-event recorder" into a "value co-creator, " providing core support for sustainable
corporate development and strategic decision-making.
