the relationship between technological innovation and economic growth, from theoretical foundations to practical examples, elucidating how
technological advancements drive economic development. Second, it examines the impact of technological innovation on economic structural
transformation, including industrial upgrading, the development of emerging industries, and the transformation of traditional industries. Finally, it discusses the role of government and policy support in technological innovation and compares technological innovation policies from
an international perspective, aiming to provide reference and inspiration for other countries or regions.
