Abstract
The wave of the digital economy is profoundly reshaping the global business ecosystem, driving enterprises to break through traditional industry boundaries and engage in innovative practices. While this transformation is giving rise to new business models, it also poses unprecedented challenges to enterprises' strategic thinking and risk management capabilities. Based on the underlying logic of digital transformation and incorporating case studies of enterprise cross-boundary innovation, this paper constructs a logical framework of "strategy-driven, technology-enabled, organizational restructuring." It also proposes corresponding prevention and control strategies for risks related to technology, data, and compliance, aiming to offer valuable insights and guidance for enterprises in achieving sustainable innovation.
