A Study on the Mechanism for Enhancing the International Attractiveness of Yunnan as an International Destination for Travel and Residence Empowered by Intangible Cultural Heritage
Abstract
potential for attracting visitors through cross-cultural exchanges and long-term stay experiences. Addressing the contradiction between
the growing demand for travel and residence and the insufficient depth of cultural experience, this paper constructs a mechanism for
enhancing international attractiveness through cognitive deepening, immersive experience, community collaboration, and cross-border
dissemination. It also proposes a multilingual interpretation system oriented towards practice, a chain of life-oriented scenarios, a community co-governance platform, and a digital external communication matrix. Research shows that after intangible cultural heritage
resources are reorganized into a system that can be understood, participated in, governed, and disseminated, it can greatly enhance travelers' cultural identity and long-term destination loyalty, providing a sustainable path for the international development of Yunnan's travel
and residence economy.
