Strategies for Building a Performance Evaluation System Based on Organizational Resilience
Abstract
evaluation systems focus on financial indicators and short-term operational efficiency, making it difficult to comprehensively assess a company's risk resistance, adaptability, and recovery capabilities in a dynamic and complex environment. Therefore, constructing a new performance evaluation system based on organizational resilience can help enterprises accurately identify weak points in resilience building, thereby
enhancing their ability to respond to uncertainty and providing valuable decision-making guidance for achieving long-term, stable growth in
the face of challenges.
