A Study on the Path and Mechanisms of Digitalization-Enabled Green Transition at China Resources Double-Crane

Ziyao Guo

Abstract

With growing global concern for environmental issues and the comprehensive advocacy of environmental protection and green development to promote sustainable economies, the "Dual Carbon" goals have become a major trend in China's socio-economic development.
Companies need to actively explore new production models and management methods, treating digital transformation not only as the core of
strategic deployment but also as a vital tool for achieving the "Dual Carbon" goals. The digital economy presents opportunities for corporate
green transition, yet the specific pathways and underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Enterprise organizational capabilities(Li et al., 2018)[1],
information technology(Chu et al., 2019)[2], dynamic capabilities(Warner et al., 2019)[3], etc., are all important capability factors that promote
enterprises' digital transformation. China Resources Double-Crane Group exhibits prominent advantages in digital transformation and green
development within the pharmaceutical industry, making it a valuable case for research.
