How DigitalIntelligent Integration Capability Enhances Logistics Enterprise Performance: The Mediating Role of Organisational Resilience
Abstract
digitalintelligent integration capability on logistics enterprise performance and investigates the mediating role of organisational resilience.
Using survey data from 220 Chinese logistics enterprises and structural equation modelling, the results indicate that digitalintelligent integration capability significantly improves enterprise performance. Moreover, organisational resilience is positively affected by digitalintelligent
integration capability and partially mediates its effect on performance. This study clarifies the resilience-based transmission mechanism of
digitalintelligent integration capability and provides managerial insights for sustainable development in logistics enterprises.
