Abstract

Against the backdrop of reforms in local government investment and financing systems and the deepening restructuring of stateowned enterprises, platform companieskey players in regional investment andconstructionmust undergo market-oriented transformation to address historical and developmental challenges while better serving regional economic and social development. This transformation
entails: enhancing core competitiveness as a priority, establishing market-driven operational models, refining modern corporate governance
structures, creating market-oriented mechanisms, improving operational efficiency, and evolving from government investment platforms into
state-owned capital investment/operation entities. These efforts will drive high-quality development for platform companies.
