A Research on Digital and Intelligent Transformation Strategies for Ningbo Manufacturing Enterprises in the Context of "Artificial Intelligence+ Manufacturing"
Abstract
Yangtze River Delta's advanced manufacturing base and the city with the largest number of national-level champion enterprises in specialized
manufacturing sectors in China, Ningbo's transformation practices hold significant demonstrative value. This paper analyzes the current state
of digital-intelligent transformation among manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo, revealing issues such as uneven coverage, insufficient policy
alignment, shallow technological integration, and a shortage of interdisciplinary talent. Drawing on experiences from cities like Shenzhen and
Suzhou, as well as Ningbo's industrial context, it proposes a systematic set of countermeasures across four dimensions: disseminating transformation outcomes, optimizing targeted policy support, deepening technological integration and innovation, and improving talent cultivation.
These measures aim to provide practical insights for advancing the transition from "Ningbo Manufacturing" to "Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing" addressing the transformation bottlenecks faced by small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs), and offering references for the digitalintelligent transformation of manufacturing clusters across the nation.
