Abstract

This paper aims to explore the innovative paths of enterprise management risk response strategies under the new normal of market
fluctuations. The research first dissects the complex characteristics of current market fluctuations, such as structural and event-driven, as well
as their multi-dimensional and systematic impacts on enterprise operations, and points out the deficiencies of the existing risk management
system in terms of concepts, organization and tools. Furthermore, the article analyzes the limitations of traditional coping strategies and the
exploration and practice of emerging strategies, revealing the cognitive, technical and cost obstacles faced by strategic innovation. Finally, this
paper proposes a systematic innovation path centered on building a data-driven and intelligent decision-making mechanism, based on creating
a flexible organizational structure and optimizing resource allocation, and guaranteed by establishing a dynamic assessment and continuous
improvement process, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for enterprises to enhance risk resilience and transform crises
into opportunities.
