Research on the Coordinated Operation Mechanism of the Industrial Park in the Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone of Mohan-Moding under the Framework of "Two Countries and One Region"

Fushou He

Abstract

This study focuses on the Mohan-Moding Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone Industrial Park to analyze its collaborative
operation mechanisms. Through examining corporate cooperation models, resource sharing approaches, and profit distribution systems within
the park, we reveal the current status and distinctive features of collaborative operations. The analysis indicates that while the park has established certain operational frameworks, challenges such as inefficient information communication and difficulties in interest coordination
persist. To address these issues, we propose improvement measures including optimizing information sharing platforms and refining profit
distribution rules. These recommendations aim to enhance operational efficiency, promote sustainable development, and provide theoretical
insights and practical references for collaborative development in cross-border economic cooperation zones.
