The "New Paradigm" of Rural Cultural Tourism Integration in Lingnan and the Path to Collective Economy Upgrading under the Rural Revitalization Strategy: A Case Study of Moyuan Village, Huizhou City

Abstract

This study takes Moyuan Village in Huizhou City as a case to examine the integrated development of rural cultural tourism. Drawing on tourist review data, field research, and literature sources, it analyzes the following three key aspects, the current state of development,
existing challenges, and pathways for optimization. The findings reveal that Moyuan Village has established a development model centered
on cultural resources and driven by the tourism industry. However, challenges remain, including heavy reliance on tourist arrivals, intensifying market competition, and insufficient product innovation. To address these issues, the study proposes recommendations such as improving
operational mechanisms, strengthening product innovation, optimizing service systems, and enhancing brand building, aiming to promote sustainable development and provide a reference for similar rural areas.
