Research on Enterprise Business Decision Optimization Based on Big Data Analytics

Kaiyuan Gu

Abstract

Big data analysis is driving the transformation of enterprise decision-making from "experience driven" to "data-driven", but in
practice, it faces practical challenges such as data silos, uneven quality, insufficient technical capabilities, shortage of composite talents,
and rigid management processes. This article takes a close look at why the dilemma happens. It points to issues like strategic cognitive bias,
breakdowns in organizational collaboration, and a gap between technology and the business side. It then lays out an optimization framework
that links "strategic and organizational collaboration - technical capability building - decision process reconstruction" into one connected approach. Research has shown that companies get better results when data analysis is built into core business decisions through top-level design,
data governance, and talent cultivation. Process reengineering is part of the plan. The aim is to make decision optimization more precise, more
agile, and more intelligent.
