The Boundary Transcendence of Traditional HRM Theory by OPC in the AI Era
Abstract
model of One-Person Company ( OPC ). The new OPC organization form with super individual linkage AI cluster as the core has impacted
the traditional human resource management ( HRM ) theory based on bureaucracy and employment relationship. This paper systematically
sorts out the core assumptions and applicable boundaries of traditional HRM theory, defines the new connotation and organizational characteristics of OPC in the AI era, and explores the boundary breakthrough path of OPC model to traditional HRM theory. The study found that
OPC in the AI era has achieved a breakthrough in the traditional HRM theory from the five dimensions of management subject-object binary
boundary, organizational closed boundary, functional module application boundary, human capital value evaluation boundary and time-space
management boundary, and promoted HRM theory from organizational employment management to the paradigm transformation of individual human capital life cycle empowerment.
