Logical Analysis of Market-oriented Allocation of Data Factors Empowering New Quality Productive Forces from the Perspective of New Structural Economics

Abstract


There exists a dynamic coupling relationship between the market-oriented allocation of data factors and the evolution of new quality
productive forces. Starting from the core logic of "factor endowment structure-production structure-network resilience", this paper constructs
a general equilibrium model of new structural economics by introducing information friction and the generation process of complex networks.
It analyzes the triple logical framework through which the market-oriented allocation of data factors empowers new quality productive forces.
The study points out that oligopoly will trigger signal bias and data premium, thereby weakening the resilience of industrial networks and
forming a distortion mechanism. Differentiated governance by the government can reduce the intensity of effective monopoly, repair price
signals, and realize the optimization of market equilibrium, providing a theoretical reference for the integration of a facile government and an
efficient market.
