A Study on Digital Marketing Strategies of Sichuan Cuisine Catering Enterprises Based on Sichuan Cuisine Culture

Fengze Wang*, Liqin Hu

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the deep penetration of the digital economy into the catering industry, Sichuan cuisine catering enterprises
face development challenges such as homogeneous competition, weak cultural dissemination, and lagging digital transformation. Meanwhile,
consumer demand has upgraded to a dual experience of "taste + culture." This paper takes Sichuan cuisine culture as its core entry point,
combining industry big data from 2023-2025, and employing big data technologies such as word cloud analysis and association rule analysis
(Apriori algorithm), to systematically investigate the current status of digital construction in Sichuan cuisine catering enterprises. It identifies
their core needs for digital construction and constructs a three-in-one digital marketing path and methodology system integrating "culture +
technology + operation" tailored to the characteristics of the Sichuan cuisine industry. The research results show that Sichuan cuisine catering
enterprises have three core needs for digital construction, and these needs exhibit significant synergy. The coordinated implementation of the
three paths, namely the digital dissemination of Sichuan cuisine culture, big data-driven precision marketing, and intelligent operation-based
digital retention, can effectively address the pain points of Sichuan cuisine catering enterprises. The research findings enrich the theoretical
system of digital marketing for specialty catering categories, provide practical guidance for the digital transformation of Sichuan cuisine catering enterprises, and promote the digital inheritance and dissemination of Sichuan cuisine culture.
