Research on the Construction Path of Smart Society in Hainan
Abstract
Smart society is the core carrier of Digital China Construction and an important support for the high-quality development of Hainan
free trade port. The unique development orientation of the free trade port puts forward higher standards for the digital and intelligent level of
regional social governance, public services and industrial development. This paper combs the current situation of the construction of smart
society in Hainan, analyzes the prominent problems such as uneven infrastructure, poor data circulation, insufficient governance coordination,
and weak talent reserve, and explores the construction path of smart society suitable for the development of Hainan from the six dimensions
of infrastructure, data, governance, scene, talent, and security, combined with the national digital development strategy and the construction
plan of free trade port, so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for promoting the modernization of governance system and building
a model of smart construction of free trade port in Hainan.
